- He was born on July 9, 1980 in Trabzon.
- Between 1997-1998, heserved as the Gendarmerie Intelligence and Technical Support Staff, and between 1997-1998, he informed the PrimeMinistry of the location of the Head of Terrorist Abdullah Öcalan in Syria, and was instrumental in convening the firstarrest team.
